Like I said, people are getting more stupid now…
This is what happened last summer..
My tenant, Miss E “ Vera, can you get someone to take a look of the a/c, it’s not working…”
Me “ What’s wrong with it?”
Miss E “ There’s not cold air coming out from the vent.”
Me “ Let me stop by tonight to take a look for you.”
Ok, this is what I saw on the thermostat…
IT’S POINT TO HEAT!!! Tell me how the unit can blow cold air when she had the thermostat point to heat.
I later told her “Miss E, your a/c is working fine, it was point to HEAT instead of COLD.”
You think she’ll know it better in the winter time, right?? Nononono….
Miss E again “Vera, can you take a look of my heater? It’s not blowing warm air.”
Me “so it’s blowing cold air?”
Miss E “yeah, can you have someone to fix it soon? It’s really cold at night time.”
Me “I’ll take a look when I go back to the apartment.”
Again, she’s stupid. The thermostat is point to COLD!! And she’s wondering why it’s blowing cold air??
PEOPLE ARE HOPELESS NOW…………………….
